Shipping - CANADA

All CANADA orders are sent out using Canada Post with 5 business days delivery service. You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Brighter Righter. If you experience any issues with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Our Guarantee

We hope you love what you ordered. However, if something doesn’t work out, we gladly offer free returns or exchanges on unworn, unused, or defective items within 35 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn and unused

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email photos of the damaged item(s) to
    brighterrighter@gmail.com, and we will assist you promptly

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • A $9 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds

  • Exchanges are free

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within up to 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your credit card or bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may take up to 10 business days)

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at brighterrighter@gmail.com.

 

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged with the same item.
If you would like to request an exchange, please submit your request through the return request page.
