If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, you can return it for a refund or exchange within Canada. To return an item within Canada, please submit a return request through deutshop1018@gmail.com.

Important Details

Please note that refunds may take 10-21 days to appear in your account.

- Items must be returned with all labels attached, in an unworn condition (aside from trying on), within 30 days.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping - Canada

All Canada orders are sent out using Canada Post with 5 business days delivery service. You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details. 

Shipping - Overseas

We ship our product all over the world. Your order will be sent out via Courier Express which can take up to 7 days or Standard Delivery which can take 14 business days. You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for import/duty costs.
