Intellectual Property Ownership 

Unless otherwise noted, all text, content, and documents on the Platform, including names, logos, trademarks, graphics, designs, copyrights, and the overall "look and feel" (the "Content") are owned by deutdesign.com or used under license from a third party. These are protected under Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a non-exclusive, limited, and revocable license to access the Content for personal, non-commercial use only. You shall not, without our express written consent:

(a) Copy, modify, or distribute the Content;

(b) Use any tradename or trademark of deutdesign.com in metatags or hidden text;

(c) Create derivative works or commercially exploit the Content;

(d) Use the Content in any manner that gives a false or misleading impression of deutdesign.com.

We reserve the right to revoke your access and block your IP address at any time for violations.

 

Infringement Claims 

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please notify us at 1018deut@gmail.com with the following information:

1. A signature of the authorized representative of the owner.

2. The URL of the allegedly infringing merchandise.

3. Proof of ownership (e.g., trademark/copyright registration).

4. Your contact information (Name, address, phone, email).

5. A statement of good faith belief and a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.
