Shipping Policy
1. Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide, excluding some remote islands and restricted regions. If you have any specific questions regarding delivery to your location, please contact our customer service team at 1018deut@gmail.com.
2. How long does it take?
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time: 3–7 business days.

Canada: 15–20 business days.

Rest of the World: 15–20 business days.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping rather than the date of order. Delays may occur due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other external factors.
3. How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are determined by your chosen shipping method, the destination country, and the total weight and volume of your package.

Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on orders over $75 (CAD).

Standard Shipping: For orders under $75, the shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout once you add items to your cart.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is ready for shipment, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. You can track your order in the “Track My Order” menu on our website by using the tracking number provided in your notification email. Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking information to activate.
5. Order Cancellation
If you need to change or cancel an order after payment, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.
6. Unclaimed & Incorrect Address Orders
Deut Design is not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or due to an incorrect or insufficient address. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customs fees and sales taxes (including HST/GST within Canada) are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding specific fees. Please note that, on rare occasions, customs inspections may delay the delivery of some packages.
8. Separate Packages
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages due to:

Items being on backorder.

Weight restrictions for standard shipping imposed by the carrier.
9. Returns & Exchanges

Customized Items: We do not accept refunds or exchanges for customized items once the production process has begun. These items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Non-Customized Items: You may return new, unopened, non-customized items within 30 days of the original shipping date for a refund. Items must be returned in their original product packaging.

Prior Authorization Required: Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. Contact 1018deut@gmail.com for authorization and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
[Note] We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind that holidays are not counted as business days. Unexpected delays may occur during high-volume periods (such as year-end holidays). Please ensure all delivery information is correct before finalizing your order.
