RETURN & REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW

At deutdesign.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. According to the laws of Ontario, Canada, and our commitment to customer service, we offer the following return and refund guidelines.

Refund Policy

RETURN PERIOD
You have 30 days (standard) from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards.

  • Downloadable software or digital products.

  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless they arrive damaged).

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."


REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customer Error/Change of Mind: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, deutdesign.com will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately at 1018deut@gmail.com with photos of the damage.


EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 1018deut@gmail.com.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
